Before You Order

📦 Material Availability

Many custom cards require specialty patches, memorabilia, or other unique materials. All custom orders are subject to material availability. If I'm unable to source the necessary materials for your design, I'll contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a full refund.

🎨 Design Approval

I reserve the right to decline any request that is outside the scope of my work, impractical to create, or does not align with the Fortner Hobby House brand. My goal is to create custom cards that I'm proud to put my name on.

✨ Creative Freedom

Unless we've discussed specific design requirements beforehand, I maintain creative freedom over the final design. This allows me to create the best possible card while staying true to your vision and the Fortner Hobby House style.

⏳ Turnaround Time

Every custom card is built from scratch and may require sourcing specialty materials. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for completion. Simpler projects may be finished sooner, while more complex designs may require additional time.

🚫 Returns & Cancellations

Because every custom card is personalized and made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.
